I think it's just human bodies and faces that you're struggling with. A lot of your other stuff looks quite good. Keep practicing and listen to criticism and you're bound to get better!
Don't be afraid to use references, even if the reference you're looking at isn't even pixel art. Things like anatomy will better face proportion will better your work here. Perhaps start by pixelling simple shaped characters in different poses, or look at pixel game sprites to see how they manage to pixel human characters and faces in a condescended but convincing way.

you lack a few basics my friend, the anatomy, the linework and the rendering need a lot of improvements. i suggest to learn the basics, dont worry if you dont get it right instantly just keep sketching with the goal of improving, when youve covered those basics you should start with a very small canvas with a limited pallet and then upgrade each time you get good, like that you will master each style slowly but surely!
